I’m sitting in the library at a computer, and the guy in front of me (at another computer) is laughing to himself, coughing and making unrecognizable sounds and noises. Perhaps he’s on Facebook or Twitter and saw something funny.

With all the drama that has surfaced in the last couple of weeks concerning the alleged manipulation of student government elections by members of the Associated Students of Central Oregon Community College, one begins to wonder if this entire situation might have been avoided by simply giving the task of advertisement to someone else outside of the ASCOCC.
